The meeting about customer experience management with software and CX experts as well as CFM customers was a complete success. As an example of a great customer experience, the Hotel CASA turns out to be an excellent choice.

For inITova partners and customers, the meeting was beneficial in various ways. On the one hand, we appreciate the personal contact in the CFM Group, which has grown into an international unit, with members from the Netherlands, Germany, Great Britain, Sweden and the USA. In addition, the presentations by Sydney Brouwer and Rijn Vogelaar, for example, were convincing and provided new inspiration for the use of Net Promoter systems.

The IT management presented some upcoming developments and integrations, for example in the area of ​​automation processes for data transfer and monitoring. As a result, the CFM software platform will be even more powerful in the future with the same high level of flexibility.IMG_1934

Not all those present were always of the same opinion - but that's exactly what we appreciated at the constructive meeting, which deals with very recent developments in the exciting field of customer experience. We have taken some valuable new insights and inspirations with us for inITova and can thus set new accents in CX management, for example in the area of ​​super promoters.

The event had a particular added value thanks to the participation including a lecture on the customer experience by Koen Muijs, Customer Service Manager at Bruynzeel Keukens BV. In the course of the last 4 years the entire corporate culture has changed positively towards a customer-oriented company.
At Bruynzeel, customer feedback brought important insights that could be translated into actions. Loyalty has increased accordingly, which is reflected in NPS increases of up to 100% along the customer journey.

The CFM Group now has more than 50 medium to large companies from a wide variety of industries among its customer base, including international players such as Carglass, Matratzen Concord and Allianz.

New technical possibilities as well as the feedback from our valued CFM customers drive the further development. In 2017 there are some optimizations as well as a number of new ones
